Finally finished this. Though it was meant for my AP portfolio, I had to give that up, so...I just kind of finished it today. :]

I like the concept...a lot. Hope you do, too.
It's basically Lolita Fashion mixed with Steampunk--my two favorite fashions! (Though I'm a fan of cyberpunk, too.)

And I'm really really sorry about the file size. This is the image at 45 percent! D':
